Herringbone ferns, scientifically known as Blechnum spicant, are evergreen ferns characterized by their distinctive herringbone pattern of fronds, which grow in two types: sterile and fertile. These ferns thrive in moist, acidic environments, commonly found in woodlands and heathlands across northern and western regions.

Organically grown on site

Everything that can be grown here is grown here — leaf, root, fruit and herb — picked the morning it reaches the table, and composted back into the beds it came from.
